Matheus Kavlan is a natural closer.

Born in a family from the auto industry in Brazil, Matheus learned from a very young age how the car business works, how to start a business from zero, grow and scale it.

With a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in business administration, Matheus Kavlan also have a background in Marketing, as he founded KS21 Agency years ago in Brazil, focusing on marketing strategies for businesses to create brand awareness and attract more leads paying less.

Matheus also created U-Pick Motors the same way he intends to teach you to do the same.

With no handouts, by himself in the United States, no favors to call in, he created a dealership focused on selling vehicles online, and through that proven method he was able to grow his business to then move into a huge dealership lot with over 160 vehicles, and a team with a finance manager, 2 sales managers, multiple salespeople and even 2 mechanic shops!

Because of his beginnings, he had to learn and figure out every single detail and position a dealership type of business requests. He learned the finance manager position, sales, administration, registrations, auction buying, social media, running ads, acquiring leads, you name it! He not only learned it but mastered it all – successfully.

Now, he is creating a community of entrepreneurs in the auto industry to strengthen the parts where you may be lacking, and to ensure you do not have to spend the time, money and difficulties he had to go through to learn the ins and outs of the business.
